1. Campaign Organizer:
This promotion is organized by ECUAPAYPHONE C.A., a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, with principal address in Ecuador, hereinafter “Payphone”.
2. Duration of the campaign:
The campaign will run from November 1, 2025 through December 1, 2025, inclusive.
During this period, only transactions and promotions registered under the terms established in this document will be considered valid.
3. Eligible Participants:
Natural persons over 18 years of age may participate, who meet the following requirements:
- Be an affiliate merchant active on the Payphone Business platform.
- Have signed up for an impactful promotion in the Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign, correctly provided the description of the promotion, business logo and WhatsApp contact number, which will be used for dissemination on official Payphone channels.
- Your participation in the Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025 campaign has been confirmed by a Payphone business executive, who will validate compliance with the requirements (until Friday, October 17).
- Participants agree that, by joining the promotion, they agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
4. Mechanics of participation:
For the duration of the campaign, merchants that have registered in the campaign (providing impactful promotions) must double their average monthly turnover, compared to the historical average processed by Payphone during 2025.
Merchants that meet this requirement will receive 1% cashback equivalent to 1% of the total commissions generated during the campaign period, in Giftcard Payphone format.
If they double the average turnover they had during 2025, they will automatically be given 1% cashback of the commission from their sales made from November 1 to December 1, 2025.
- The billing review will be performed based on the internal records of the Payphone system.
- No additional registration is required from the merchant, as long as you have confirmed your participation through the sales team.
- This promotion does not involve raffles: all stores that meet the established conditions will be beneficiaries of the prize.

Additionally everyone active, reactivated and new Payphone Business businesses in the categories: Technology, Fitness, Wellness & Beauty, Clothing and Accessories, Health and Care Products, Home and Interior Design, Language and Training Centers (Education), Medicine, Health and Dentistry, Courier, Hospitality and Tourism will be able to participate in Draw for 30 prizes rated up to $250 dollars each.
To participate in the promotion:
Your business must be affiliated with Payphone, you must be an active user of the categories mentioned above:

👉 Make at least 8 transactions
👉 Sell $1150 USD or more
Every card sale and payment with Payphone gives you more chances:
- $1550 = 1 chance
- $3200 = 3 opportunities
- $6500 or more = 7 opportunities

Every eligible participant will be automatically entered into the drawing.

5. Promotion prize:
The benefit for businesses registered in the campaign consists of a 1% cashback Of the total commissions charged during the campaign, delivered in the form of Payphone gift card.
Each Giftcard will be assigned to a Payphone personal user account, and the participating merchant must have an active personal account in the application to receive it.
The prize will not be redeemable for cash, nor for other products or services other than those specified. The balance can be used in any merchant affiliated with Payphone or in the beneficiary trade itself.
In addition to the cashback benefit, all active Payphone Business merchants (including those registered in the campaign) will automatically participate in the Draw for 30 prizes Valued at up to USD $250 each, which will be awarded at the close of the campaign.
The awards are designed to encourage participation, reward loyalty and promote business growth. Available prizes include, but are not limited to, the following:

6. Raffle conditions:
- The raffle will be held in a manner random and transparent, under the supervision of the Payphone team.
- The winners will be selected once the campaign is over, on an estimated date December 16, 2025.
- Winners will be contacted by email or phone call to the number registered in their Payphone Business account.
- The prizes will be awarded or coordinated directly with each winner within a maximum period of 30 days after the official announcement.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the initial prize cannot be awarded, Payphone may replace it with another of equivalent value.
7. Verification, Beneficiary Selection and Draw:
Once the campaign is over, Payphone will review and verify the billing results of each participating merchant.
The validation will take place until December 16, 2025, and businesses that meet the conditions will be contacted directly by a Payphone representative through the email or telephone number registered in the Payphone application.
In addition, the drawing will take place on December 16, 2025, under the supervision of the designated Payphone team.
The winners will be selected through a random process from among the stores that meet the established requirements.
The result will be communicated to the winners via the email and/or telephone number registered to their Payphone Business account.
8. Award ceremony:
- Payphone will contact the beneficiaries to coordinate the delivery of the cashback benefit and prizes.
- Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for money.
- Payphone may disqualify participants who fail to meet the requirements or show irregular activity in their transactions.
- Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. Authorization for image use:
Participants agree that, as beneficiaries of the promotion, they expressly authorize Payphone to use your business name, image, logo and city in advertising materials related to the campaign, including digital media, social networks and institutional communications.
This authorization will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and will not generate additional compensation.
10. Protection of personal data:
Payphone guarantees that the personal data collected during the promotion will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes related to this promotion.
In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador, participants have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
- Oppose the processing of your data under specific circumstances.
- Request the deletion of your data.

11. Limitations and Exclusions:
- Direct employees of Payphone and their families up to the second degree of consanguinity are excluded from the promotion.
- Payphone is not responsible for technical interruptions, connection failures or external inconveniences affecting the recording of transactions or communication with participants.
- Fraudulent or incomplete promotions may be disqualified without notice.
- It applies only to businesses in the following segments: Technology, Fitness, Wellness & Beauty, Apparel and Accessories, Health and Care Products, Home and Interior Design, Language and Training Centers (Education), Medicine, Health and Dentistry, Courier, Hospitality and Tourism.
12. Amendments:
Payphone reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, without giving rise to any liability to the participants.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This promotion will be governed by laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
Any controversy or dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Quito.
14. Dissemination and communication:
Participating promotions and businesses will be disseminated through the official Payphone channels, including the website, the mobile application, social networks and electronic communications.
Payphone is not responsible for information published in unofficial media or for promotions not verified by its sales team.
15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
Participation in this campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
