1. Promotion Organizer:
The promotion is organized by ECUAPAYPHONE C.A., a company incorporated in accordance with Ecuadorian laws, with principal address in Ecuador, hereinafter “Payphone”.
2. Term of the Promotion:
The promotion will last 30 days: from September 15 to October 15, 2025, inclusive, subject to the conditions detailed in this document.
3. Eligible Participants:
Natural persons over 18 years of age may participate, who meet the following requirements:
a) To be active users of Payphone for business.
b) That they have a minimum of 10 transactions per month processed by Payphone
c) Or that they make a minimum of $1200 dollars in payments processed by Payphone
d) If you have at least 10 transactions or charge $1200 per month processed by Payphone you have a chance of winning
Participants agree that, by joining the promotion, they agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
4. Mechanics of Participation:
To participate in the promotion:
Your business must be affiliated with Payphone and must be an active user
👉 You must charge with Payphone
👉 Make at least 10 transactions
👉 Sell $1200 or more in the month
If you charge $1200 per month processed by Payphone you have a chance of winning. If you collect $1500 per month processed by Payphone you have 3 chances to win and if you charge more than $2000 per month processed by Payphone you have 7 opportunities to Win

Every eligible participant will be automatically entered into the drawing.
5. Promotion Award:
3 prizes will be drawn:
- Branded packaging covers for your business.
- $200 as a guideline for your social networks.
- 10 $20 giftcards for your customers.
6. Draw and Selection of Winners:
The raffle will be held on October 17, 2025 using an automated and transparent system to ensure the fairness of the process. Winners will be notified via their email or by calling their cell phone registered with Payphone.
7. Award Ceremony:
Payphone will contact the winner to coordinate the delivery of the prize.
8. Authorization for Image Use:
Participants agree that, by winning, they will allow Payphone to use their image, full name and city of residence in advertising content related to the promotion, including posts on social networks and other digital media.
This authorization will be explicitly granted by signing a legal document at the time of the award, in compliance with the Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Personal Data Protection:
Payphone guarantees that the personal data collected during the promotion will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes related to this promotion.
In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador, participants have the right to:
a) Access your personal data.
b) Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
c) Oppose the processing of your data under specific circumstances.
d) Request the deletion of your data.

10. Limitations and Exclusions:
- Payphone is not responsible for technical or connectivity issues that may affect user participation.
- Direct employees of Payphone and their families up to the second degree of consanguinity are excluded from the promotion.
11. Amendments:
Payphone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion for justified reasons.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This contest will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, and any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Quito
14. Acceptance:
Acceptance and knowledge of these terms is presumed upon voluntary participation.
