This promotion is organized by Metrocentro S.A., with Tax ID No. 0990690537001, represented by Mr. Salomón Dumani Jiménez, in his capacity as General Manager and legal representative, domiciled at Vélez 911 between 6 de Marzo and Pedro Moncayo, Edificio El Forum, Ground Floor, Unit 1; hereinafter, the “Organizer”.

The promotion applies exclusively to players registered and verified on the Betcris Ecuador platform, who comply with these Terms and Conditions, the House Rules and other applicable internal policies.

The promotion “Recarga Ganadora Payphone” is valid from May 18, 2026 at 00:00 hours until July 20, 2026 at 23:59 hours, Ecuador Republic time.

Only reloads made within the indicated promotional period shall be considered valid.

All players who fully comply with the following requirements may participate:

• Be of legal age, that is, be 18 years old or older.
• Legally reside in Ecuador.
• Have an active, registered and verified account at Betcris Ecuador.
• Make valid reloads through Payphone during the validity of the promotion.
• Make reloads from USD$200.
• Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Be players classified as recreational players, in accordance with the Betcris House Rules.

2.1 Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from the promotion:

• Players classified as VIP or Diamond.
• Collaborators, employees or contractors of the Organizer or Betcris.
• Companies, agencies or suppliers that have participated directly or indirectly in the design, execution or dissemination of the campaign.
• Relatives of the collaborators, employees, contractors, agencies or suppliers mentioned above, up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity.
• Players with suspended, closed, under investigation accounts or under any internal restriction.
• Players who present inconsistencies in their personal data or fail to comply with validation processes required by the Organizer.
• Players who breach the House Rules, Betcris internal policies or these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is directed exclusively to recreational players, understood as those players who participate for personal entertainment purposes.

Those who, according to objective, technical and verifiable criteria:

• Present professional, intensive or systematic gaming patterns.
• Use bots, automated software, arbitrage, collusion or other improper practices.
• Act on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes.
• Use third-party accounts or multiple accounts in order to obtain improper benefits.
• Breach the House Rules, promotional rules or these Terms and Conditions.
• shall be excluded.

Verification of this condition shall be carried out by the Organizer and shall not give rise to any claim.

4.1 Requirements to participate

Toparticipate in the promotion, the player must:

• Log in to their registered and verified account at Betcris Ecuador.
• Make one or more reloads through Payphone during the validity of the campaign.
• Make reloads from USD$200.
• Each valid reload from USD$200 will generate opportunities to participate in the final raffle, in accordance with what is established in these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Accumulation of opportunities

For every USD $200 reloaded through Payphone, the player will receive one participation opportunity for the final raffle.

The greater the number of valid reloads, the greater the number of chances of becoming a winner.

Reloads under USD$200 do not apply for participation in the raffle.

In the event that a player makes several reloads during the validity of the promotion, the opportunities shall be accumulative provided that each reload complies with the conditions established herein.

4.3 Validpayment method

For purposes of this promotion, only reloads made through Payphone apply.

Reloads or deposits made through other payment methods do not participate, including, but not limited to:

• Bank transfers.
• Credit or debit cards made through other channels.
• Digital wallets other than Payphone.
• Deposits at authorized locations.
• Other methods available on the platform.

During the campaign, one (1) grand prize will be awarded, corresponding to a Betcris experience to enjoy the excitement of football at home.

The prize includes:

• 1 65-inch television.
• 1 reclining armchair.
• The prize constitutes a single package and may not be divided.

5.1 Prize conditions

The prize is non-transferable.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

The prize may not be substituted for bonuses, credits, account balance or other benefits.

The television and armchair will be delivered subject to availability of brand, model, color and stock.

In the event of unavailability of any of the items, the Organizer may deliver an equivalent product in characteristics and value.

The Organizer shall not cover additional expenses not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions.

The prize shall be delivered only to the validated winner, upon prior confirmation of identity and compliance with the participation requirements.

The prize shall be awarded through an official raffle at the close of the campaign, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

The raffle shall take place after the close of the campaign, in order to include all valid reloads made until July 20, 2026 at 23:59.

The winner shall be selected randomly among all valid participations generated during the validity of the campaign, through a raffle tool such as APPSorteos or another platform defined by the Organizer.

For the raffle, it is recommended to select:

• 1 main winner.
• 3 alternate winners.

The alternate winners shall only be considered if the main winner does not comply with the requirements, cannot be contacted, does not provide the requested information within the established term or loses the right to the prize for any of the causes established in these Terms and Conditions.

7.1 Contactwith the winner

The Organizer shall contact the winner using the information registered in their account and may use:

• Email.
• Telephone call.
• Internal message.
• WhatsApp.
• Inbox on official social media accounts, if applicable.

Up to 3 contact attempts shall be made.

The winner must respond within a maximum term of 4 calendar days from the first effective contact.

If no response is received within the indicated term, the prize may be reassigned to the corresponding alternate winner.

7.2 Winner validation

To receive the prize, the winner must:

• Present a valid identity document.
• Confirm legal residence within Ecuador.
• Have an active and verified account at Betcris Ecuador.
• Not be included within the exclusions of the promotion.
• Have correctly complied with the established mechanics.
• Provide the necessary information to coordinate the delivery of the prize.

The Organizer may request the signing of a delivery certificate, receipt acknowledgment or any document necessary to support the delivery of the prize.

7.3 Prize delivery

The delivery of the prize shall be coordinated between the Organizer and the winner.

Expenses not expressly included in the prize shall be assumed by the winner.

If the winner does not make use of the prize, does not respond to the coordination, does not provide the requested information or does not comply with the established requirements, they shall automatically lose the right to the prize.

In such case, the Organizer may reassign the prize to the corresponding alternate winner.

The player shall lose the right to participate or to the prize if they:

• Fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Attempt to manipulate, defraud or abuse the promotion.
• Provide false, incomplete or incorrect information.
• Use third-party accounts.
• Participate with multiple accounts.
• Make reversed, cancelled, rejected or irregularly identified reloads.
• Fail to comply with the Betcris House Rules.
• Have an account with internal restrictions, blocks or pending investigations.
• Carry out any action that, under the Organizer’s reasonable criteria, affects the transparency or Each player may become a winner only once during the entire campaign.

Forthe purposes of this promotion, only reloads that:

• Are made through Payphone.
• Are equal to or greater than USD$200.
• Are correctly credited to the player’s Betcris account.
• Are made within the validity period of the promotion.
• Have not been reversed, cancelled, rejected or reported as irregular.

The Organizer reserves the right to review, audit and validate reloads before granting participation opportunities or prizes.

The Organizer is only obliged to deliver the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

• Damages or incidents arising from the use of the prize.
• Loss, deterioration or misuse of the prize once delivered.
• Logistical delays attributable to third parties.
• Errors in the information provided by the player.
• Impossibility of contact due to outdated, incomplete or incorrect information registered in the player’s account.
• Force majeure events, acts of God or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control that prevent the normal execution of the promotion.

Participation implies express acceptance of these conditions.

In accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador, the player authorizes the Organizer to process their personal data for the following purposes:

• Managing participation in the promotion.
• Validating compliance with requirements.
• Contacting the winner.
• Coordinating the delivery of the prize.
• Publishing the winner’s name, username, city or image on official media, in the event of being selected as winner.
• Carrying out communications related to the campaign.

The Organizer shall process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and its internal privacy policies.

The winner authorizes the Organizer and Betcris Ecuador to use their name, image, voice, testimony, city or photographic record related to the delivery of the prize, for promotional and campaign communication purposes, for a period of up to 1 year, without generating any right to additional compensation.

Participation in the promotion implies full, express and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any situation not foreseen in this document shall be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with principles of good faith, transparency, internal rules and applicable regulations.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel these Terms and Conditions, without affecting rights already acquired by the players.

Any modification shall be communicated through the official Betcris Ecuador channels.
