1. Promotion Organizer:
This promotion is organized by ECUAPAYPHONE C.A., a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, with principal address in Ecuador, hereinafter “Payphone”.
2. Term of the Promotion:
The promotion will last from November 1, 2025 through December 1, 2025, inclusive.
Promotions, discounts or offers will be valid only during this period and will be subject to the availability, conditions and policies of each participating retailer.
3. Eligible Participants:
All natural persons over 18 years of age, who make their purchases or contracts for services at participating Payphone-affiliated retailers, will be able to access the benefits of this promotion, subject to the following conditions:
- Have identified the promotion through the official Payphone channels (website, app, mailing, push notifications or social networks).
- Make the payment through Payphone, using Visa, Mastercard, Diners or Discover credit or debit cards.
4. Mechanics of participation:
During the promotion period, consumers will be able to:
- Access the official website or landing of the promotion through Payphone's dissemination channels (such as mailing, push and social networks).
- Consult the available promotions classified by category
- Select the trade or promotion you are interested in.
- Contact the store directly using the WhatsApp button or go to the point of sale and submit the details of the promotion they want to purchase.
- Make the payment using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or Discover) using Payphone.
Promotions will apply only in accordance with the specific terms published by each merchant, visible on the Payphone landing or in the official communication pieces.
5. Scope of promotions:
The promotions will run from November 1 to December 1, 2025.
The promotions offered within the promotion are The sole responsibility of each participating retailer.
Payphone acts solely as dissemination platform and facilitator of electronic payments, not as a supplier of the promoted products or services.
Each trade defines:
- The applicable discount, benefit, or gift rates.
- Exchange conditions, stock availability, restrictions by type of product or service, and geographical coverage.
6. Trade Responsibility:
Participating retailers are solely responsible for:
- Comply with the conditions and validity of your promotions.
- Ensure the availability, quality and delivery of the goods and services offered.
- Manage requests, reservations or complaints related to the promotion.
Payphone is not responsible for price changes, cancellations, delays or any non-compliance of participating retailers.
7. Exclusions:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or benefits from the same store, unless the retailer specifically indicates it.
- Promotions do not apply to payments made outside the Payphone ecosystem.
- Benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The continuous availability of promotions is not guaranteed after the published term has expired.
8. Authorization for image and communication use:
Participants accept that, as beneficiaries of the promotion, they expressly authorize Payphone to use their name, image or comments for advertising and dissemination purposes related to the promotion, without this implying financial compensation.
This authorization will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and will not generate additional compensation.
9. Protection of personal data:
Payphone guarantees that the personal data collected during the promotion will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes related to this promotion.
In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador, participants have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
- Oppose the processing of your data under specific circumstances.
- Request the deletion of your data.

10. Limitations and Exclusions:
Payphone will not be responsible for:
- Internet connection errors, technical failures or interruptions in the availability of the website or application.
- Inaccuracy, omissions or errors in the information published by retailers.
- Problems arising from the service, billing or compliance of participating retailers.
- Claims related to faulty products or services not provided
11. Amendments:
Payphone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotion at any time for justified causes, fortuitous circumstances or force majeure, without this giving rise to any liability or compensation to consumers.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This promotion will be governed by laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
Any controversy or dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Quito.
13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
